1. Return Eligibility
At ARVANI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund. ARVANI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
